Inserisce i valori località dal file Excel.

Connects to the pyarchinit plugin SQLite database located at the default QGIS3 profile path and invokes insert_localita_values to populate locality entries in the pyarchinit_thesaurus_sigle table. On success, it commits the transaction and prints a verification summary of all inserted records filtered by tipologia_sigla = '10.3' and nome_tabella = 'TMA materiali archeologici'; on failure, it rolls back the transaction and prints the error. Returns 0 on success or 1 if the database file is not found or a sqlite3.Error is raised.
